About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Dispatch Executive to manage daily order fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing online orders, packing products accurately, coordinating with courier partners, handling returns, and maintaining inventory records to ensure timely and productive order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
Process and review daily customer orders received through the e-commerce platform.
Dispatch products accurately, ensuring all shipments include the correct invoices and shipping labels.
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely shipment pickups and deliveries.
Monitor shipment status and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.
Receive,



inspect and record returned products, ensuring proper documentation and inventory updates.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report low stock levels to the warehouse manager.
Ensure dispatch operations are completed according to company quality and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized and effective packing and dispatch area.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
Familiarity with shipping software and courier portals is preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
