Key Responsibilities:
Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, target audience, and technical constraints.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize designs.
Maintain design consistency through style guides, design systems, and UI patterns.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in IT or a similar field.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.




Solid understanding of responsive design, user flows, and interaction design.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Must know AI tools and have an experience on it.

Valuable to Have:
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development.
Experience working in Agile workplace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
