Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1.5+ years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective spend allocation.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to improve ad performance.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements
1.5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience handling e-commerce campaigns is mandatory.
Solid analytical skills and understanding of campaign metrics.
Agency experience is an added advantage.
