Job Description:
Providing technical support to the clients via Helpdesk.
Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.
Helping store owners if they have difficulties using the products.
Consolidating feedback and convert them into improvement suggestions.
Relaying feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
Ensure privacy and security practices are followed at all times for both merchants and the company.





Requirements:
Interested in building technical skills and learning about HTML/ CSS
Robust written skills and experience in Client handling.
Passion for discovering how and why products succeed.
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Familiarity with the E-Commerce platform is a plus.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
