Role & responsibilities
Implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Foster a protected, inclusive, and stimulating learning workplace.
Utilize play-based and Montessori Methodology techniques to make education fun and effective.
Monitor and document the progress of children, ensuring individualized attention and support.
Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their childs development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
Planning and delivery of culture connect lessons (Based on the Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana and other Indian scriptures)
to students
Participate and organize all cultural events within the school.
Work Time: IST (8.30 AM to 3:30 PM)
