JOB DESCRIPTION – FINE JEWELLERY SALES EXECUTIVE
Deliver a personalised and luxurious customer experience to every client.
Understand client preferences and recommend fine jewellery based on style, occasion, and budget.
Convert walk-in enquiries into sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build solid relationships with HNI and repeat clients through personalised follow-ups and clienteling.
Develop solid knowledge of fine jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, craftsmanship, and current trends.
Provide expert guidance on jewellery designs, diamond/gemstone choices, and styling.




Assist in maintaining premium visual merchandising and presentation standards.
Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain accurate daily and monthly sales reports.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
2–5 years of experience in Fine Jewellery, Luxury Retail, or Premium Fashion Sales.
Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and fine jewellery.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong clienteling and relationship-management abilities.
Well-groomed, confident, energetic, and passionate about luxury sales.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
