We are looking for experienced Retail Sales Executives to join a jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate should have robust customer handling skills, sales experience, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
Explain product features, designs, pricing, and other relevant details
Achieve assigned sales targets
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance
Conduct customer follow-ups and support repeat business
Maintain a premium and professional customer experience
Support day-to-day showroom sales activities

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales experience
Jewellery or luxury retail experience is preferred
Solid customer handling and relationship-building skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Knowledge of jewellery products and customer preferences will be an advantage
Professional approach to customer service

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
