Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Qualification & Required Exposure
Minimum qualification: IT/Computer background with positive knowledge of digital surveillance systems.
Practical knowledge of CCTV, Body Cameras, GPS/Geo-tagging, live monitoring, and digital reporting.
Prior exposure to Construction Companies and Government Construction Projects will be preferred.
Valuable command of MS Excel, digital attendance systems, and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct live surveillance and monitoring of all company construction sites from the Head Office.
Regularly monitor the Body Cameras of Site Supervisors/Foremen.
Verify actual labour presence and attendance through Body Camera/CCTV footage.
Daily cross-check actual labour strength against Attendance Registers, Payroll Records, and Muster Rolls.
Identify and immediately report any manpower mismatch, false attendance, or irregularity between site records and payroll.




Monitor geo-tagged photographs, Body Camera activity, CCTV footage, and site working hours.
Verify the presence of Supervisors/Foremen at the site as per scheduled working hours and their compliance with company SOPs.
Prepare a Daily Surveillance Report (DSR) for each site and submit separate reports for attendance/manpower discrepancies.
Immediately report any camera/body-cam failure, offline status, or suspected tampering to the concerned team and management.
Maintain all surveillance records, attendance verification reports, and digital evidence in an organized manner.

Candidate Profile The candidate should be alert, disciplined, technically proficient, and monitoring-oriented, with the ability to independently monitor multiple construction sites, identify irregularities, verify manpower and attendance, and promptly report any discrepancies to management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
