Position Overview We are looking for a welcoming and organized hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The hostess plays a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth seating arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
Coordinate seating to balance guest satisfaction and server workload
Provide menus and introduce guests to their server
Answer phone calls and assist with booking inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and reception area
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS preferred
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
