About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead and manage statutory, corporate, financial, and regulatory compliance across our global entities. The role requires close coordination with finance, legal, auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, banks, investors, and management to ensure timely compliance with applicable laws across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing compliance for multinational group structures with subsidiaries in India and overseas, and will be comfortable operating independently across time zones and regulatory regimes.

Singapore Operating Company
India Subsidiary
USA Entity
Indonesia Entity
Vietnam Entity
Bangladesh Entity
