Position :- Sales Executive for a Real Estate Company.
Location :- Chiriamore, BT Road
Experience :- 3 years Preferred in Real Estate Sales
Job Responsibilities :- Handle incoming leads generated from Real Estate Portals, Social Media and other marketing campaigns. Engage with prospective customers via phone, providing them with detailed information about the project and answering their queries.
1) Persuade potential buyers to visit the site and schedule walk ins for property viewings
2) Maintain an updated database of leads, follow up regularly and ensure lead conversion
3) Collaborate with the sales team to share customer feedback and improve sales strategies.
4) Solid communication skills in Hindi, English and Bengali
6) Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow ups effectively
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
