Key Responsibilities
Provide medical care and daily assessment of admitted patients under the guidance of consultants.
Attend ward rounds and implement treatment plans as advised by the treating consultant.
Monitor patients' clinical condition and respond promptly to any deterioration.
Examine patients, document clinical findings, and maintain accurate medical records.
Prescribe medications and investigations as per consultant instructions and hospital protocols.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for timely patient management.
Attend medical emergencies within the ward and provide immediate stabilization until the consultant arrives.
Prepare discharge summaries, referral notes, death summaries, and other medical documentation.
Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment plans, investigations, and follow-up care.
Ensure timely completion of admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
Follow infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and NABH standards.
Maintain proper handover during shift changes.




Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.
Perform any additional clinical duties assigned by the Medical Superintendent or Hospital Management.

Required Qualifications
MBBS from a recognized medical college.
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
Freshers or experienced candidates may apply (hospital policy applicable).
ACLS/BLS certification will be an added advantage.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
