SENIOR MANAGER – MEP

About the Role

Responsible for managing and overseeing MEP design, execution, contracts, quality, cost, safety and commissioning across MRG Group projects and properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead MEP planning, design coordination and execution for projects.
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV and other MEP systems.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, estimates and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Manage MEP tenders, contracts, negotiations, variations and contractor performance.
- Monitor project cost, timelines, quality and contractual compliance.
- Ensure statutory, safety and fire & life-safety compliance.
- Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Drive energy efficiency,



value engineering and cost optimization.
- Conduct technical audits and resolve project-level MEP issues.
- Prepare MEP progress, cost and performance reports for management.
- Lead and develop the MEP team and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant MEP experience, preferably in hospitality, commercial or large-scale projects.
- Robust experience in MEP execution, project management and contracts.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD; BIM/Revit and project management tools preferred.
