Role Overview
As a Content Creator, you will be the creative force behind Flicka Cosmetics' visual and video content. You will conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish scroll-stopping content—from product tutorials and GRWMs to trend-driven Reels—that drives engagement, builds community, and grows brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Develop creative concepts for product launches, tutorials, GRWMs, unboxings, and trend-based content.
Stay on top of beauty and social media trends, sounds, and formats, and adapt them to the Flicka brand voice.
Apply makeup/products on camera for tutorials and demos (or coordinate with talent/models when required).
Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts aligned with the brand tone.
Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars, campaign themes, and product launch timelines.
Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategy based on engagement data.
Coordinate with influencers, models, or photographers for team-oriented shoots when needed.




Maintain an organized content library/archive of raw and edited assets.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, influencer marketing, or a related field (beauty/cosmetics experience preferred).
Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating video and photo content creation skills.
Working knowledge of photography/videography basics (lighting, framing, composition).
Genuine interest in makeup, skincare, and beauty trends.
Comfortable being on camera and/or directing talent.
Robust understanding of platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Strong written communication skills for captions and scripts.

Salary
25k - 50k

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
