Front-End Developer (React JS / Angular JS / Next JS / Node JS) – Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Front-End Developer with 2–5 years of experience preferably in banking and financial sectors, proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Next JS and Node JS. The candidate has to have a robust eye for design, deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and capability of building scalable, high-performance, and user-centric web applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications
Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React, Angular, Next JS, Node JS, or a combination of these frameworks
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality functional code
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
Integrate APIs and work closely with back-end teams to ensure seamless data flow
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers in an agile setting
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues across various browsers and devices
Stay up-to-date with front-end best practices, emerging tools, and industry trends




Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, SaaS CSS3.
Hands-on experience with React, Angular, Next JS & Node JS framework. Knowledge of other javascript framework will be a plus.
Experience with management of libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Vuex, NgRx.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and Web Accessibility (WCAG).
Familiarity with front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.)
Experience using Git and version control best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Jasmine)
Experience with UI frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, PrimeNG, Vuetify)
Understanding of performance optimization techniques
Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture
