Identify and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for construction and industrial engineering projects.
Negotiate purchase terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Visit project sites periodically to inspect received materials, verify physical stock, and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Monitor and reconcile material movement between stores, vendors, and project locations.
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to forecast material requirements and prevent shortages.
Maintain procurement documentation, supplier evaluation records, and stock tracking data.
Ensure timely delivery of critical materials in coordination with logistics and planning teams.
Participate in vendor audits, performance evaluation, and quality verification visits.
Support Head Office in procurement budgeting, reporting, and process optimization.
Comply with company quality standards, safety norms, and procurement procedures.
