Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to assist the sales team by following up with customer enquiries, maintaining customer records, and supporting lead conversion. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Assist in converting leads into sales opportunities.
Share product catalogs, quotations, and company information with customers.
Maintain customer data and daily follow-up reports in Excel or CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
Respond to basic customer queries and escalate technical enquiries when required.
Follow up on pending quotations and sample requests.
Support lead generation activities from IndiaMART, website, social media, and exhibitions.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

Required Skills
Positive communication skills (Hindi & English).




Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good follow-up and organizational skills.

Qualification
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, Marketing, or any Graduate).

Internship Duration
3–6 Months (can be extended based on performance)

Stipend
₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on skills and performance)
