Customer service: Welcome customers, answer the questions, and maintain positive relationships
Communication: Communicate with customers and mechanics about vehicle issues, repair costs, and completion times
Advice: Advise customers on two wheeler maintenance, warranty protections, and cost savings
Repair: Consult with mechanics on repairs, and help customers decide between fixing or part exchanging their Two wheeler
Complaints: Resolve customer complaints after repairs
Marketing: Find recent customers and market the dealership's services
Warranty: Inspect the vehicle and check the warranty coverage. consult with mechanics and identify the defected parts, claim the warranty and replace the parts after approval. Return the defected spares to the origin as pr the norms.
FQI: Perform the final quality inspection after the vehicle service.
