DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and maintain project cost sheets for ongoing projects.
Analyze project costs and compare them with approved budgets.
Monitor material, labor, subcontractor, and overhead costs.
Track purchase orders and ensure expenses are recorded accurately.
Reconcile procurement, warehouse, and project cost data.
Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with the purchase and accounts teams.
Identify cost variances and prepare variance analysis reports.
Monitor budget utilization and highlight potential cost overruns.
Coordinate with project managers, coordinators, and other departments to collect cost-related information.
Maintain accurate records of project expenses and supporting documents.




Support month-end closing by providing cost-related schedules and reconciliations.
Analyze inventory consumption and material usage across projects.
Ensure data accuracy in Excel and ERP/Tally systems.

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification : B.com
6 months - 1 year of Working knowledge in Tally, Excel.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
