We are seeking motivated individuals to represent our NGO at Calicut Airport, engaging with travelers to raise awareness and secure support for impactful social causes. This is a shift-based role in a dynamic airport setting, requiring flexibility, confidence, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in assigned rotational shifts, ensuring punctuality and full shift coverage.

Actively approach and engage travelers to introduce the NGO’s mission and programs.

Encourage donations and long-term support through effective communication.

Represent the organization professionally at all times within the airport environment.

Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.

Meet assigned fundraising targets during each shift.

Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth shift operations.

Client Interaction & Communication

Build positive and respectful relationships with potential donors.





Clearly communicate the NGO’s purpose, impact, and funding needs.

Handle questions, concerns, or objections with confidence and courtesy.

Maintain a friendly, approachable, and persuasive communication style.

Adapt communication based on different customer profiles.

Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.

experience in sales, customer service, or public facing roles is an advantage.

Strong communication skills in English ,Malayalam,Tamil is a plus).

Confidence in approaching and interacting with strangers.

Ability to stay motivated despite rejection.
