Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) – EVS to teach Environmental Studies to students of Grades I to V as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should create engaging, activity-based learning experiences that develop students' curiosity, environmental awareness, observation skills, and scientific thinking.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Environmental Studies (EVS) to Grades I–V following the CBSE curriculum and school academic plan.
Plan and deliver interactive, experiential, and inquiry-based lessons using real-life examples, projects, and hands-on activities.
Foster environmental awareness, critical thinking, observation, and problem-solving skills among students.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources aligned with CBSE learning outcomes.
Conduct formative and summative assessments, maintain student records, and provide constructive feedback.
Integrate technology and digital teaching tools to enhance classroom learning.
Organize field visits, nature walks, environmental awareness programmes, and classroom activities.
Create a positive, inclusive,



and child-friendly classroom environment.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and parents to support students' holistic development.
Participate actively in school events, meetings, training programmes, and other academic responsibilities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc.) or a relevant discipline from a recognized university
B.Ed. is mandatory.
CTET qualification is preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of the CBSE Primary EVS curriculum.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to conduct activity-based and experiential learning sessions.
Positive proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of digital teaching tools such as smart boards and presentation software.
Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young learners.
Solid organizational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
