We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Manager & Content Strategist to join our team and build a solid, engaging digital presence globally.

What you’ll do:
Develop and execute social media growth strategies
Plan, create, and manage engaging content
Track analytics, trends, and campaign performance
Grow reach, engagement, followers, and conversions
Generate fresh content ideas based on audience insights
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams
Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and format

What we’re looking for:
2 - 3 years of Proven experience in social media growth and content strategy
Robust understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms
Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
Data-driven mindset with a creative approach
Ability to turn trends into high-performing content
Solid communication and project management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
