ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Junior Lawyer to assist with legal drafting, contract
management, legal research, and regulatory compliance for our operations at Nariman Point.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft legal notices, commercial agreements, contracts, petitions, and affidavits.
Conduct thorough legal research using tools like SCC Online, Manupatra, and judicial archives.
Assist senior counsel in court preparations, filings, and documentation.
Maintain organized legal records, compliance logs, and case tracking files.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) from a recognized university.
Bar Enrollment: Valid registration with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
Core Competencies: Excellent drafting skills, analytical thinking, robust written and oral communication.
