We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of project estimation, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis, along with proven proficiency in AutoCAD and PlanSwift.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed and accurate project cost estimates and quotations.
Perform quantity take-offs based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings.
Prepare BOQs and material quantity calculations.
Use AutoCAD and PlanSwift for drawing analysis and quantity take-offs.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and evaluate quotations.
Analyze material, labour, and other project-related costs.
Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
Maintain proper documentation and records of estimates and quotations.
Coordinate with project and technical teams to clarify scope and costing requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering,



Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in estimation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and PlanSwift is required.
Solid understanding of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the construction/contracting industry.
Knowledge of current material and labour costing.
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
