· Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive and answering any initial questions they may have.

· Providing information about the centre's attractions, rides, and activities, as well as any promotions or special offers.

· Handling customer complaints and concerns in a timely and qualified manner and resolving any issues to the customer's satisfaction.

· Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the visitor's experience, including during any transactions or interactions with staff.

· Operating cash registers and handling monetary transactions, including the sale of tickets and merchandise.

· Monitoring the overall guest experience and providing feedback to management on ways to improve it. Ensuring that all areas of the centre are clean, secure, and well-maintained.

· Assisting with the setup and operation of special events or activities following all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
