Key Responsibilities:
Manage the school’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Create and publish engaging content related to school activities, events, student achievements, celebrations, and announcements.
Capture high-quality photos and videos during school events, programs, assemblies, competitions, and activities.
Shoot short-form videos, reels, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.
Edit videos, reels, photos, and other creative materials for social media platforms.
Create visually appealing posts, stories, banners, and digital creatives.
Coordinate with teachers and departments to collect updates, achievements, and event details.
Cover school functions and prepare highlight videos for promotional purposes.
Ensure all content reflects the school’s values, culture, and brand guidelines.
Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas to improve engagement.
Track social media performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
Support admissions and marketing campaigns through creative digital content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, or related field preferred.
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Good photography and videography skills.
Hands-on experience in video shooting and editing.
Knowledge of editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software.
Creative thinking with solid storytelling skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work during school events when required.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in social media handling, photography, videography, and content editing

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Changanacheri, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
