Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates until successful joining
Achieve monthly hiring targets
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements
6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience (Consultancy preferred)




Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge
