As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to understand system behavior and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to minimize downtime.
Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB, Cloud AWS, Azure (EC2, VM, S3, Storage, CloudWatch), IAC - Terraform, Scripts - Shell Scripts, Ansible, YAML,CI/CD Harness, DBA - Mongo (Intermediate Level)
Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze logs and system metrics.
Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures for database systems.
Ability to work with monitoring tools to track system availability and performance.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in MongoDB.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
