Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales & marketing operation. The candidate will be responsible for Customer handling, retail market development and strengthening customer relationships across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop customer network across North Kerala
Increase product availability across the customer network
Develop new markets and generate business opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and customer meeting.
Build strong relationships withwholesalers, retailers, and hotel clients
Monitor competitor's activities and market trends.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3+ years experience in FMCG, food products, rice brands, or Horeca sales/supply sales/marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills





Experience in distribution.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Willingness to travel across North Kerala
