We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Program, set and operate CNC Turning / VMC / VTL machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
Set tools, fixtures, work offsets and tool offsets.
Develop and modify CNC programs as required.
Monitor machining parameters, tool wear and cycle times.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Maintain machine cleanliness, 5S and safety standards.
Identify machining problems and take corrective action.
Maintain production and inspection records.

Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
2–5 years of experience in CNC programming, setting and operation.
Valuable knowledge of G & M codes, CNC programming, tooling and measuring instruments.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
Experience in precision engineering / metal component manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
