Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer (PLC/SCADA) to prepare techno-commercial proposals for industrial automation projects. The candidate will work closely with sales, engineering, and clients to deliver accurate, competitive, and high-quality proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare techno-commercial proposals for PLC, SCADA, and automation projects
Analyze client requirements, RFQs, and tender documents
Design preliminary system architecture for automation solutions
Select appropriate PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, and networking components
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for quotations and technical inputs
Estimate project cost, timelines, and resource requirements
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and costing sheets
Ensure proposals comply with technical specifications and standards
Participate in client discussions, clarifications, and pre-bid meetings




Support sales team with technical presentations and solution explanations

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.)
Hands-on understanding of SCADA systems (WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition, etc.)
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
Good understanding of control systems, instrumentation, and panel design
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, GA drawings, and electrical schematics
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and proposal documentation tools
Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
Relevant experience in industrial automation / system integration

Preferred Skills:
Experience in tendering for EPC/automation projects
Exposure to industrial sectors like Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, or Manufacturing
Knowledge of cost estimation tools and ERP systems

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
