Quality Control System Implementation:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Establish inspection criteria, sampling plans, and testing procedures for incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Inspection and Testing:
Perform regular inspections and tests on heaters at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformances.
Utilize a variety of testing equipment and techniques to measure critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, efficiency, and safety features.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance metrics, including defect rates, rework levels, and customer complaints, and present findings to management.
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA):
Lead investigations into quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Supplier Quality Management:




Work closely with suppliers to establish quality requirements, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure the timely resolution of quality issues related to purchased components and materials.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to heater manufacturing and ensure compliance with relevant requirements, such as safety certifications and environmental regulations.
Training and Quality Awareness:
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to promote a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
New Product Development Support:
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure that current heater designs meet quality requirements and are manufacturable with consistent quality.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
