● Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movement.

● Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase/procurement team for timely replenishment.

● Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification, and reconcile discrepancies.

● Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials/goods in the store.

● Prepare and maintain stock reports, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and other documentation.

● Coordinate with production, sales, or other departments for timely material issue and dispatch.

● Ensure compliance with safety standards and storage guidelines.

● Handle returns, damaged goods, and obsolete stock as per company policy.

● Support vendor coordination for deliveries and quality checks.

● Assist in preparing MIS reports related to inventory and store activities.

● Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store/warehouse.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
