Camerry Ice Cream, one of Kerala's leading ice cream brands, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Sales Administration to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between the sales team, distributors, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure productive order processing and execution.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, presentations, and performance dashboards.
Maintain customer, distributor, and sales records with accuracy.
Process sales orders and coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
Monitor order status and provide regular updates to the sales team and customers.
Assist in preparing sales forecasts and monthly sales analysis.




Handle customer and distributor queries and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain documentation related to sales operations and support the implementation of sales initiatives.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
2–4 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or Sales Support, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
