Job Summary

We are looking for a F&B; Executive to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and hands-on experience in F&B; service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Provide excellent guest service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for efficient operations.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper table setup, service standards, and restaurant hygiene.
Assist in managing inventory, stock, and wastage.
Support upselling and revenue-generation initiatives.
Follow company SOPs, service standards, and safety guidelines.




Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operational activities.
Maintain discipline and teamwork within the F&B; team.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in F&B; / Restaurant / Hospitality operations.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer-service orientation.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
Good knowledge of F&B; service standards.
Candidates with experience in reputed restaurants, bars, or hotels will be preferred.
