Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive (Sales)

Preferred Location: Between Borivali to Virar (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Working Days: 6 Days (1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays off & Every Sunday Off)

Working Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary Range: As per interview & experience

Job Overview

Target Peak is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Telecalling Executive who can handle outbound calling, follow-ups, lead conversion, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a convincing attitude, and basic sales knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads provided by the company

Explain company services/products clearly and confidently

Understand customer requirements and provide correct information

Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales/appointments

Maintain daily calling data and lead status in Excel/CRM

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions





Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Coordinate with the sales team for closures and reporting

Maintain skilled communication and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in Hindi + English

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach

Basic knowledge of sales & customer handling

Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and objections

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM)

Ability to work from office (Mira Road)

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from Borivali to Virar preferred

Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus

Immediate joiners preferred
