Job Summary

D’LIFE Interiors is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with 7–10 years of experience in residential interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, team handling, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor multiple residential interior projects from initiation to completion.
Handle coordination between design, execution, procurement, vendors, contractors, and clients.
Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Site Teams, and other internal departments.
Handle client communication and provide regular project updates.
Track project progress and resolve delays or execution-related issues.
Coordinate material requirements, procurement, deliveries, and site readiness.
Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Handle and coordinate project/site teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and MIS updates.




Ensure projects are executed as per company standards, quality requirements, and timelines.
Escalate critical issues to senior management and coordinate for timely resolution.
Travel to project sites, client locations, and vendor locations as required.
Manage and coordinate projects across Mumbai and nearby locations.

Requirements
7–10 years of relevant experience in residential interior projects.
Strong experience in project coordination and team handling.
Valuable knowledge of residential interior execution, materials, vendors, and site activities.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools.
Willingness to travel as required for project coordination and site visits.
Candidates with robust experience in residential interior execution/project management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
