Job Summary

City College, Jayanagar is looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily administrative and housekeeping activities of the institution. The candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and capable of assisting different departments with routine office tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, staff rooms, classrooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
Assist in handling office files, documents, photocopying, and printing work.
Support administrative staff in day-to-day office activities.
Deliver documents and materials between departments.
Help in arranging meeting rooms and office setup for events or meetings.
Monitor office supplies and inform management when stock is low.
Assist with basic outdoor work such as bank visits, courier handling,



or purchasing office materials if required.
Ensure proper maintenance of office furniture and equipment.
Follow instructions from the administration and maintain discipline within the campus.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC or equivalent.
Basic understanding of office work and cleanliness standards.
Good communication and respectful behavior.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Physically active and willing to handle multiple tasks.
Prior experience in schools, colleges, or offices is an added advantage.

Time management and punctuality.
Honest, responsible, and hardworking attitude.
Ability to follow instructions properly.
