Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Indore (Work From Office)
Experience: 2–4 Years (IT Services preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online bidding platforms, and other lead generation channels.
Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project discussions and successful client onboarding.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Stay updated with industry trends and market opportunities.

Required Skills




2–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT Services industry.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar online bidding platforms.
Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience dealing with international clients.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is an added advantage.
