Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance.
Robust understanding of data management principles and compliance requirements.
Experience in implementing data quality frameworks and policies.
Ability to design and enforce data security and privacy standards.
Familiarity with data lifecycle management and metadata management techniques.
Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Governance.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
