About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Human Resource Manager with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring operations and strengthen our workforce strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, stakeholder management, employer branding, and building strong talent pipelines across functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and campus hiring
Handle bulk as well as niche hiring across departments
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and monthly reports




Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Drive onboarding and initial employee engagement activities
Ensure hiring timelines and closure targets are achieved efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and sourcing techniques
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Solid negotiation and candidate handling skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools
Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented approach

Preferred Profile
Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Tech, or Corporate roles
Exposure to startup or fast-paced work settings
Strong networking and vendor management capabilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
