About the Role

Kataline Ltd. is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Support Executive to assist the sales and operations team in managing customer coordination, dispatch planning, SAP operations, and sales documentation.

This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable with client communication, and capable of handling multiple coordination activities in a fast-paced setting.

Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily retail sales dashboards and reports
Coordinate with clients for pre-sales and post-sales support
Follow up with sales teams regarding order updates and payment status
Plan and manage dispatch schedules based on order confirmation
Generate and share Proforma Invoices with clients
Verify payment confirmations before dispatch processing
Manage Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and related documentation
Maintain sales data and customer records in SAP
Coordinate with internal departments including factory, accounts, and quality teams
Handle vendor registration and quotation management




Support tender documentation and approval processes

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Prior experience in sales coordination or customer support preferred
