Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily recruitment and hiring activities.
Source candidates through local networks, job portals, and references.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with department managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining formalities.
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
Build local hiring connections to improve recruitment efficiency.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
Timely closure of open positions.
Maintaining a quality candidate pipeline.
Improving local hiring ratio.
Ensuring smooth onboarding process.
Reducing recruitment turnaround time.
Maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Number of positions closed per month.
Average hiring turnaround time.
Candidate joining ratio.
Employee retention during probation period.
Daily interview coordination count.
Accuracy of recruitment records and reports.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
Basic knowledge of hiring and interview processes.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidate should be from Dhuliyan or nearby areas.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Confident, organized, and skilled attitude.
