responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning: Translating high-level business goals into actionable daily processes and policies.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring KPIs (e.g., efficiency, quality, cost per unit) and presenting operational insights to senior leadership.
Resource & Budget Management: Allocating funds, controlling expenses, and ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
Team Leadership: Mentoring middle management, conducting performance appraisals, and driving workforce optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Aligning operations with HR, IT, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Risk & Quality Management: Enforcing quality control, compliance, and resolving operational bottlenecks
