At Skills For Us, we are committed to helping students develop essential life skills, self-awareness, and career readiness. We are looking for passionate Life Skills & Career Development Facilitators who want to make a meaningful impact in students' lives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct life skills and career development sessions for students from primary to senior secondary levels.
Facilitate workshops and interactive activities on communication, confidence, emotional wellbeing, decision-making, and self-awareness.
Guide students on career awareness, subject selection, career pathways, and higher education prospects.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership.
Maintain student counselling and session records.





Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Education, Management, Human Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Solid facilitation, presentation, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for student development are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work in a school-based setting.

Work Location: Tier 3 Cities of Uttar Pradesh

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
