About Us

MindCodeLab Technologies is a growing IT company specializing in Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, AI Solutions, and Custom Software Development. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through online bidding and lead generation.
Search, bid, and manage projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Guru, and LinkedIn.
Identify prospective clients and build long-term business relationships.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Conduct follow-ups, negotiate project terms, and close deals.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate project estimations.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Meet monthly business development targets.

Required Skills
6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Business Development.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr,



Freelancer.com, and other freelancing platforms.
Strong knowledge of proposal writing and project bidding.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online channels.
Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, and AI services.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience in international client handling will be an added advantage.
