Job Description – BOS (Boutique Operations Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day boutique operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
Maintain Tally records, billing, stock, inventory, and operational documentation.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Handle data analysis using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Monitor stock movement, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and Head Office regarding operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with Tanishq SOPs, processes, and operational standards.
Support the sales team and ensure smooth customer service and store operations.
Manage operational documentation, reports, and audit-related activities.

Candidate Requirements:




Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in jewellery retail/boutique operations.
Tally knowledge is mandatory.
VLOOKUP & Pivot Table knowledge is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of inventory, billing, MIS, and retail operations.
Positive communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Jewellery industry experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
