Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to manage college outreach and generate leads through workshops and training programs. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with colleges, organizing workshops, and building relationships with academic institutions to promote our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with colleges and educational institutions to organize workshops and training sessions
Generate leads through college workshops, seminars, and campus programs
Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells and faculty coordinators
Coordinate with trainers and operations team for conducting workshops
Promote training programs such as Data Science, Python, and Software Development courses
Maintain records of colleges contacted,



workshop schedules, and leads in Excel / Google Sheets
Follow up with student leads generated through workshops

Requirements:
Valuable communication and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships with college authorities and placement teams
Basic understanding of IT / Software courses
Willingness to travel and visit colleges for workshops
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
MBA / Marketing background will be an added advantage
