We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional service and enhance the overall guest experience.
Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
Identify a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client.
Encourage clients to upgrade their existing budget
Direct Clients and customers to sales managers who are free and can handle them.
Settle clients concern in a swift and skilled manner.
Harness internal relationships to better address client’s needs
Leads MIS update time to time, excel entry of walk-ins.
Prior experience as a Relationship Executive, ideally in a similar organization.
Excellent listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Positive judgment and decision-making capabilities
An effective time manager who can perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Knowledge of Excel
Pay: ₹11,099.39 - ₹35,000.00 per month
