About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled GoLang Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services using Go (Golang).
Design and implement scalable APIs (REST/gRPC).
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and DevOps to deliver robust solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues,



and improve system architecture.
Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of professional experience in backend development.
Solid proficiency in Golang and valuable understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, Goroutines and Microservices Architecture.
Valuable knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write efficient, scalable code.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
